Hello Everyone, Welcome to this week's 'Beauty Tips Tuesday'. The tips for this week will be all about make up!
Tip #1:
*For a defined cheek look, use an angled brush to contour with a matte powder that is 2 shades darker than your skintone. Use a kabuki brush to buff out and blend in the powder so that there isn't a harsh line.
*Then use a blusher brush to apply your blush onto the apples of your cheeks using circular motions. Blend out the blush using the same kabuki brush that you have used to blend out your contour colour. Apply a light dusting of the blush again to make your blusher look brighter and to help it last longer.
*Apply a highlighter by drawing a mini C starting at your browbone and ending on the highest part of the cheek (ie. under eye area).

Tip #2:
Eyeshadow tips, apply a creamy eyeashadow
base that has a strong lasting power using a
flat brush in a patting motion and then blend it. Apply a
wash of colour on top of the creamy eyeshadow base. Use a
fluffly dome brush to apply
eyeshadow onto the
crease. Start applying the shadow at the
outermost part of the
crease then blend it inwards.
Tip #3:
Below is a list that I find very useful when I have no idea what to apply on my cheeks or lips after I've done my eyeshadow. It is very important to wear a look that is pulled together to balance it out so that it doesn't look over the top.
When using
Pink/Purple or Blue Eyeshadows pair it with
Pink/Plum Blush and Lip colour.
When using
Earth-tone (olive, green, brown or tan) eyeshadows, use a
Peach Blush colour and a
Peach/Nude Lip colour.
When using
Rainforest Eyeshadows (teal, turquoise or bright green), use a
Coral Blush and a
Coral Lip colour.
